There is no need to jump into a full-on exercise program 5 days a week for an hour each day immediately. You are just asking to burn out, and fast.
The key to beginning and maintaining a successful exercise routine that will last a lifetime and become truly a regular routine in your life, is by starting at a pace that you can dedicate yourself to and keep up with.
